Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026 · Effective: September 2026
Our core commitment: MrsDispute does not save your case details, customer messages, or uploaded evidence in its own database. Case content is securely sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your analysis and may be retained by Anthropic for up to 30 days under its standard API policy. We retain limited account and usage metadata as described below.

1. Who We Are

MrsDispute is an AI-powered dispute analysis tool operated by MrsDispute LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). We provide dispute intelligence services to merchants and businesses that accept card payments. Our registered address is in the State of Wyoming, United States.

For privacy-related questions, contact us at: privacy@mrsdispute.com

2. What Information We Collect

We collect two categories of information:

Account information: When you create an account through Supabase authentication, we receive your verified email address and account identifier. We retain analysis-request metadata needed to enforce your plan allowance: 3 lifetime analyses on the free trial, or the monthly allowance on a paid Whop plan. We do not collect or store card numbers. Whop processes subscription payments and sends us your Whop membership id, Whop user id, plan id, billing status, the Whop member email, and, when you start checkout while signed in, your MrsDispute account id.

Case information: When you submit a dispute for analysis, you may provide platform details, case type, disputed amounts, customer messages, and evidence files including screenshots and documents. MrsDispute processes this content transiently and sends it to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your assessment. We do not save this content in our own database. Anthropic may retain API inputs and outputs for up to 30 days under its standard API policy, subject to its terms, safety controls, and legal obligations.

3. How We Use Your Information

Account information is used to:

  • Authenticate your access to the MrsDispute tool
  • Enforce the free-trial and paid monthly analysis allowances
  • Send secure sign-in emails
  • Respond to support requests

Case information is used to generate your dispute analysis and is shared with Anthropic as our AI service provider for that purpose. MrsDispute does not save the content in its own database. Anthropic's handling and retention of API data is governed by its applicable terms and privacy commitments.

4. What We Do Not Do

  • We do not store your dispute case details, customer messages, or evidence files
  • We do not sell your data to any third party
  • We do not use your case information to train AI models
  • We do not share your information with advertisers
  • We do not save uploaded files in the MrsDispute database
  • We do not use tracking pixels or behavioral advertising

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate MrsDispute:

Each of these providers maintains their own privacy policy and data handling practices. We encourage you to review their policies.

6. Data Security

Data transmitted to MrsDispute and its service providers is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL encryption. MrsDispute does not write case content to its own persistent database. Our infrastructure is hosted on cloud providers with security controls intended to protect data during processing.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights including:

  • Right to access: Request a copy of personal data we hold about you
  • Right to deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Right to correction: Request correction of inaccurate information

  • Right to object: Object to processing of your data

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@mrsdispute.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Data Retention

Account information is retained for as long as your account is active plus 90 days following account deletion. MrsDispute does not retain case content in its own database. Anthropic may retain API inputs and outputs for up to 30 days under its standard policy, unless a different retention arrangement applies. Billing records, if any, are retained as required by applicable law.

9. Children

MrsDispute is a business tool and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes by email. Continued use of MrsDispute after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026 · Effective: September 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MrsDispute ("Service"), operated by MrsDispute LLC ("Company"). By accessing or using MrsDispute, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

MrsDispute is an AI-powered dispute analysis tool that helps merchants assess payment disputes, chargebacks, and claims. The Service provides win probability estimates, evidence gap analysis, action plan recommendations, and draft response generation based on information you provide.

Important: MrsDispute is an analysis and drafting tool. It does not submit disputes on your behalf, does not communicate with payment processors or card networks, and does not guarantee any outcome. All final decisions and submissions are made by you.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into contracts to use MrsDispute. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements. MrsDispute is intended for use by businesses and merchants, not individual consumers disputing personal transactions.

3. Account Registration

Access to MrsDispute requires a verified account created through our secure magic-link authentication provider. You are responsible for protecting access to your email account and for all activity that occurs under your MrsDispute account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MrsDispute only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the Service to assist in filing fraudulent disputes or chargebacks
  • Submit false or misleading information to generate dispute responses
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal use
  • Share your account access with unauthorized users
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or credit systems

5. Plans and usage

A new account includes a free trial of 3 analyses in total. That trial does not renew, is not a Whop trial, and is not a daily allowance. Starter is a monthly Whop subscription with 30 analyses per paid period. Growth is a monthly Whop subscription with 50 analyses per paid period. Enterprise is arranged with us and has no online checkout. Signed-in checkout sends your MrsDispute account id to Whop. If checkout was not started while signed in, Whop asks for your login email, and that address is matched only when it belongs to exactly one account. An older account may not yet have that id stored.

MrsDispute is an analysis and drafting tool. Paying for a plan does not mean we file, fight, or manage chargebacks for you.

6. Intellectual Property

MrsDispute and all related content, including but not limited to software, design, text, and analysis frameworks, are the property of MrsDispute LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

You retain ownership of all information and evidence you submit to MrsDispute. By submitting information, you grant us a temporary license to process it solely for the purpose of generating your analysis.

7. Disclaimers

MrsDispute is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Analysis results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation
  • Use of the Service will result in winning any dispute
  • Draft responses generated will be accepted by any payment processor or card network

Win probability scores are AI-generated estimates based on the information you provide. They are not guarantees and should not be relied upon as legal or financial advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MrsDispute LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of disputes, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MrsDispute LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of false or fraudulent information.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

For questions about these Terms, contact us at legal@mrsdispute.com

Refund Policy
Last updated: September 2026 · Effective: September 2026

The free trial does not require a card. Starter ($99 per month, 30 analyses) and Growth ($159 per month, 50 analyses) are monthly subscriptions billed by Whop. MrsDispute does not store your card number.

1. Subscription charges

Whop charges the subscription on the schedule shown at checkout. Each paid period includes that plan’s analysis allowance. Unused analyses do not roll into the next period. Analyses already completed are not refunded as credits.

To ask about a charge, email support@mrsdispute.com from the address on your MrsDispute account and include the approximate charge date. If a refund is approved, it is issued through Whop. A card dispute about a MrsDispute subscription is handled by Whop and your card issuer. It does not add analyses to your account.

2. Technical Failures

Failed analyses are released and do not count as completed usage. Contact us at support@mrsdispute.com if a technical issue persists.

1. Canceling a paid plan

Cancel the subscription in Whop. There is no separate cancellation fee from MrsDispute. If Whop keeps the membership active until the end of the period you already paid, you keep that period’s remaining analyses until then. When Whop reports the membership canceled or expired, the account returns to the free trial. Free-trial analyses you already used are not restored.

2. Account Deletion

If you wish to permanently delete your account and associated authentication and usage records, email support@mrsdispute.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will process your request within 14 days.

3. Suspension and Termination by MrsDispute

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service, including accounts used to generate fraudulent dispute responses, circumvent anti-abuse limits, or share access with unauthorized users.

Disclaimer
Last updated: April 2025 · Effective: April 2025
Please read this disclaimer carefully before using MrsDispute. By using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer.

1. Not Legal Advice

MrsDispute is an AI-powered analysis tool. The analysis, win probability scores, missing evidence identification, action plans, and draft responses generated by MrsDispute do not constitute legal advice. MrsDispute LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation.

No attorney-client relationship is formed between you and MrsDispute LLC through your use of this Service. If you require legal advice regarding a payment dispute, chargeback, or related matter, you should consult a qualified attorney.

2. Not Financial Advice

Nothing in MrsDispute's analysis constitutes financial advice. Win probability scores are AI-generated estimates based on the information you provide and should not be relied upon to make financial decisions. Actual dispute outcomes depend on many factors outside our analysis, including the policies and discretion of individual payment processors, card networks, and issuing banks.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

MrsDispute does not guarantee that using our Service will result in winning any dispute, claim, or chargeback. Our tool provides analysis and drafting assistance to help merchants build stronger cases. The final outcome of any dispute is determined solely by the relevant payment processor, card network, or financial institution.

4. Accuracy of Analysis

While we work to ensure our analysis is as accurate and helpful as possible, MrsDispute's AI-generated analysis may contain errors, omissions, or assessments that are inappropriate for your specific situation. Payment processor rules, card network policies, and dispute handling procedures change frequently. Our analysis reflects general best practices and may not account for recent policy changes or your specific processor's internal guidelines.

You are responsible for reviewing all analysis and draft responses before submitting them to any payment processor or card network. Do not submit any response without reviewing it for accuracy and applicability to your specific situation.

5. Information Accuracy

The accuracy of MrsDispute's analysis depends entirely on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. Submitting incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information will result in analysis that does not reflect your actual situation. MrsDispute LLC is not responsible for analysis based on incorrect information provided by users.

6. Historical Win Rates

Any win rates or statistics displayed on the MrsDispute platform represent historical data and general industry benchmarks. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Your actual win rate will depend on the specifics of each case, the evidence available, and the policies of the relevant payment processor or card network at the time of your dispute.

7. Limitation of Reliance

You should not rely solely on MrsDispute's analysis when making important business decisions. We strongly encourage you to:

  • Review all generated content carefully before submission
  • Verify that the evidence described in draft responses accurately reflects what you have
  • Check current policies of your payment processor before submitting
  • Consult a legal or financial professional for high-value or complex disputes
  • Meet all deadlines independently — do not rely on MrsDispute for deadline tracking
